When the German toolholder manufacturer, WTO GmbH, opened their 3500 sq ft USA Sales & Service Center in 1998 they were using dial-up internet and three desktop computers. Today, they host their own Exchange Server which has 5 remote workers and utilize a complex internal network. When WTO relocated for the fourth time to the now 10,000 sq ft facility, they realized that they would need some serious IT support.
With the 2015 specification from WTO Corporate to wire the new facility with the then almost unheard of CAT6A, Director of Operations Allen Rupert turned to Ciprian IT. And, after the successful installation of two servers and twelve workstations by Ciprian IT founder Chip Florian, WTO USA signed up for Ciprian IT Managed Services.
“We were skeptical about the monthly expense of Managed Services”, states Rupert, “but after suffering our first hacking, it took the expertise of Ciprian IT to get us off of eleven global blacklists”
Two years on, WTO USA is continuing their move into Social Media marketing. And, with the security of Ciprian IT Managed Services, WTO USA has complete confidence that the transition will be smooth.
